Challenge: You can't hire the people you need
1

The problem with the brief

The brief asked for a careers page. The problem was that nobody outside the building knew what the company built.

2

What we made

A documentary series shot on the factory floor, engineer-written job posts, and a hiring kit managers could run themselves.

3

The result

Applications multiplied, but the real change was quality — 89% of offers accepted, up from 54%.
